Information we handle

We may collect merchant references, business contact and delivery details, age or eligibility confirmations, support conversations, order-credit records, device information, and basic usage analytics. We limit collection to information reasonably needed to allocate stock, secure transactions, and improve service.

Cookies and analytics

Our site may use essential cookies for security and session continuity, plus limited analytics that help us understand page performance. Where consent is legally required, optional cookies should remain disabled until permission is provided.

Security and confidentiality

Data transmitted through the website is protected using standard encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We use access controls and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized disclosure. By requesting or using a Reddy Merchant business profile, you agree to these conditions and any order-, product-, or offer-specific terms shown during setup.

Service description

Reddy Merchant Supplies provides wholesale stock allocation, merchant order tracking, account activity information, promotional order-credit records, and customer support for eligible regional businesses.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Users must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate onboarding information, comply with applicable laws, and use the service only for lawful personal or organizational purposes. Fraud, account manipulation, credential sharing, automated abuse, or interference with another user is prohibited.

Nature of points

Order points are promotional digital metrics recorded within a merchant profile. They are not legal tender, stored-value funds, deposits, securities, or investments; they do not earn interest and have no guaranteed cash value. Availability, expiry, and use depend on the relevant promotion, products, and regional terms.

Account updates

Confirmed merchant-profile and order-ledger updates are synchronized as final entries, except when our team finds a technical or administrative error. Reddy Merchant may pause or reverse an entry linked to fraud, duplication, a reversed charge, cancellation, or misuse.

Availability and changes

Partner features and promotions can change or end. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms should be communicated through the site or official support channels.

Refund & Dispute Guidelines

These guidelines describe the review process for wholesale charges, merchant-profile setup issues, stock allocations, and disputed order-ledger entries.

Requesting a review

Contact the official Order Helpline with your merchant reference, transaction or request date, the affected stock order, and a clear description of the issue. Do not include passwords or one-time codes. An assigned operator may request supporting records needed to verify the claim.

Technical and duplicate errors

Verified duplicate charges, failed profile setups, or incorrect order-credit allocations caused by a system or operator error may be corrected, reprocessed, credited, or refunded as appropriate. Review time depends on the payment channel, supplier involvement, and complexity of the record.

Finalized services and points

Completed merchant-profile services and finalized stock allocations are generally non-refundable once delivered or used. Promotional points and allocation boosts cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not remove non-waivable business or consumer rights under applicable local law.

Resolution

The assigned operator will share the result through an official support channel. If a supplier or logistics partner controls the disputed order, Reddy Merchant may assist with review while that partner's published conditions may also apply.
